Yes. With the Gravös app and a secure internet connection, you can monitor and control compatible devices from anywhere, including turning lights on/off, operating curtains and checking lock status.

Gravös can be integrated with popular voice assistants and smart home platforms (where supported) so you can use voice commands to trigger scenes or control individual devices.

Gravös can automate tracks and blinds including sheer, blackout and dual curtain setups, with smooth operation, preset positions and integration into lighting scenes.

Switchable smart glass is a special glass that can change from transparent to opaque with power. Using Gravös controls or scenes, you can turn it clear or frosted for privacy, light management and design effects.

Yes. Gravös scenes can combine lighting, curtains, smart glass and other devices so that, for example, a “Movie” scene can dim lights, close curtains and turn smart glass opaque together.

Gravös works with compatible smart locks, door sensors, motion sensors and other security devices to enable features such as keyless entry, occupancy‑based scenes and alerts.

For hotels, Gravös can provide room automation, energy management, keycard or PMS integration, guest‑friendly scenes and central monitoring to improve comfort and reduce operating costs.

Gravös designs hotel and multi‑user setups with role‑based access, secure communication and integration best practices. For data and privacy, Gravös follows its Privacy Policy and applicable regulations.

The usual flow includes requirement discussion, site visit or drawings review, proposal, wiring and device planning, installation, configuration, testing and handover with basic training.

Timelines depend on project size and site readiness. Smaller retrofits may be completed in 1–3 days, while larger villas or hotels can take longer and are planned in phases with your contractor.

Gravös provides post‑installation support options. In case of issues, you can raise a ticket or contact support, and our team or authorised partner will guide remote checks or schedule a site visit as needed.

Pricing depends on the number of circuits, rooms, curtain tracks, glass panels, lock points, chosen finishes and any integrations required. After understanding your requirements, Gravös will share a tailored proposal.

In many cases, Gravös can work with standard wiring patterns. For specific loads or older installations, our team will review drawings or inspect the site to recommend the most suitable approach.

Core on‑premise functions such as local switch control can continue to work even if the internet is unavailable, whereas app and remote access features may be limited until connectivity is restored.
